90-Day Return Policy
WEB Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase with receipt. Without receipt or after 90 days you may receive a return merchandise gift card at the present.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us for a return authorization and shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Affix the shipping label to the package.
- Mail the package to the address provided.
We will get back to you to pay the return postage or to approve the shipping and refund to your credit card. We will resend the correct item as soon as we receive.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable items
